Spa Etiquette

In order to give you and all clients the best possible experience at Brun, we ask that you read the following guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% fee will be assigned for missed appointments or with cancellation less than 24 hours prior. Thank you for respecting our time.


Please respect our time and arrive promptly for your schedule appointment and allow ample time to find parking during peak hours. We understand that some things are out of your control and we will respect this just as we ask you to respect ours.


Due to allergies and sanitary reasons, pets of all kinds are not permitted at Brun Body Bar.


No children are permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a treatment.

Cell Phones

Cell phone use is not encouraged in the salon as a courtesy to other clients and your practitioner. We do live in a modern age, however please be courteous with your cell phone use.

Package Expiry Dates

All tanning packages have a 2 year expiry from the date of purchase.

  • For Pedicure guests – please bring your flip flops!
  • For Waxing guests – please refrain from tanning 24 hours before and after your waxing. Please inform your practitioner if you are using any glycolic acid, Retin-A, or other chemical exfoliant before your waxing service. Hair must be 3 weeks from last shaving or depilation.
  • For Airbrushing guests – wear loose, dark clothing and flip-flops. Plan on having no water contact or physical exertion 6 hours after your appointment. Shower, shave and exfoliate thoroughly before your appointment.
